* Floors : Room floor is laminated parquet, other floors are tiled.

* Window : PVC profile, white color joinery. Color options are optional.

* Entrance door : Wooden material solid door.

* Interior doors : Panel door.

* WC-Bathroom Space : Shower tray, shower cabin, half-pedestal washbasin, bathroom cabinet, floor-standing toilet..products are included in the package.

* Kitchen Space : Mdflam material kitchen cabinet, steel sink, marble countertop are included in the package. Other requests are optional.

* Indoor installation : Electricity, water installation is included in the package. Air conditioning and, upon request, heating installation are optionally available.

* End elements : Electric and water end elements are offered in the package scope.

* Heating : Solid fuel stove or fireplace. Fireplace boiler is optionally available upon request for a fireplace.

* Excluded from the package : White goods, sitting groups, wardrobes, coat racks, bed bases, bedsteads, etc. are excluded.

INFRASTRUCTURE

* Water : It is accepted that there is a network (it has been brought to the base area). A sufficient amount of water tank will be offered optionally for places where there is no network.

* Waste water : It has been accepted that there is a sewer line (installed between the foundation-line). In places where there is no sewerage infrastructure, a septic tank will be offered as an option.

* Energy : It is accepted that there is an energy line (it was brought to the foundation site). For non-existent places, solar-wind-generator solutions will be offered optionally.

RECONSTRUCTION

TAKS value will be obeyed.

PROJECT-FOLLOW

* Project : Foreground-projects will be prepared within our company and submitted to the approval of the Customer. Turning the accepted plans into a Project (Architectural-Static-Electrical-Mechanical Installation) and submitting them to the institution are included in the scope of the package.

* Follow-up : Municipality-other Institution follow-up will be done by our company.

* Institutional payments : All licenses and payments to Institutions will be made by the Customer .
